For years, I have brought consultants into organizations to help solve temporary needs for talent. Technology professionals. Accounting staff. Wall Street operations people. Administrative staff. Engineers. Many different types of people at firms throughout the US have benefited from this service.

Why be stuck with a new employee who isn't what they claim to be?

Our program allows you to bring this person on as a consultant & will reduce the conversion fee over the course of a year to zero if you decide you want to hire them? Isn't that just a smart way to hire?

After all, many people, particularly in hard-to-find skill areas would rather join as a consultant and then join your staff.

Retain a consultant for at least 90 days.

After the consultant works for you for 90 days, call or email and tell us which single day of billing you want us to deduct. We will deduct it from your next invoice.

Paper Services:

Are you just inundated with resumes and don't have the time to review them all?

Let us screen your resumes (we can do this as simply as reviewing the resumes or a more detailed approach of conducting telephone interviews and making recommendations based upon criteria you define for us).

I began to offer these services when I learned that some of my clients had capable in-house recruiting departments but, sometimes, because of scheduling issues or too many internal engagements, had trouble delivering what was needed. In the case of a smaller firm, I learned that some wanted to conserve capital and extend their recruiting budget and not hire the full services of an extremely experienced recruiter.

These firms still needed someone to locate potential employees for them and refer the names and numbers to them for direct contact.

We provide you with leads of non-job board potential candidates who are qualified to perform your job.

Traditional contingency search as coordinated by Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter. Jeff has done professional search in many sectors since 1972 (My most significant experience is in technology search) and has completed searches in 49 out of 50 states plus Canada. I am no longer accepting assignments where I cannot obtain clear and accurate information.

To be effective, my job is not to just flip resumes to you like a teenage cook working at a fast food restaurant. I want to be successful because I am taking all the risk in time and effort.

Gold Search Services:

For those special situations when an organization knows who it needs but, for a variety of reasons, cannot contact that person directly and the greatest discretion is required.

Platinum Search Services:

Retained search coordinated by Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter. You hire Jeff to find the talent you need and he will deliver it.

Period.

One third paid at the time you retain him; one third at the time you schedule first round interviews; the balance upon completion.
